: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse employees, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating the efficient flow of goods. - Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive team.
- Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling procedures.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse space, with attention to safety, sanitation, and security.
- Implement and enforce warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as order accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and deliveries.
- Respond to and resolve issues, such as damaged products, discrepancies, or delivery delays, in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
