Job Overview:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced

Warehouse Supervisor - pharmaceutical industry

to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations involving pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate combines pharmaceutical knowledge with logistics and inventory management experience to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of medicines and healthcare supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards (GMP, GDP, MOH regulations). Oversee proper storage conditions, temperature monitoring, and product integrity. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. Supervise and train warehouse staff in handling pharmaceutical products. Review and verify documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and distribution teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. Handle product recalls, expiries, and quarantine processes in line with company procedures. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections. Implement safety and cleanliness protocols across the warehouse.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 -2 year experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or supply chain operations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/WMS software). Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
