Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years in warehouse/store supervision, with at least 5 years in fitout/joinery/interiors.

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage warehouse operations by ensuring proper handling, storage, and distribution of materials, consumables, and equipment for interior fitout projects. Responsible for inventory accuracy, staff supervision, and timely coordination with procurement and project teams to support smooth execution of works.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage complete warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials. Ensure accurate stock records and implement strong inventory control practices. Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and reporting to management. Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. Ensure correct material handling, storage, and preservation as per standards. Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to meet project requirements. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders for quantity and quality. Ensure effective implementation of FIFO/FEFO methods for material usage. Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety compliance, and security standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management. Manage vehicle/transport scheduling for site deliveries. Support cost control by minimizing material wastage and ensuring accountability.

Requirements:

10+ years of warehouse/store management experience, with strong background in interior fitout/joinery. Excellent knowledge of joinery/fitout materials (timber, hardware, paints, gypsum, laminates, tools, etc.). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license preferred.
