The Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-out is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring interior fit-out works are executed according to project drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves supervising labor, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring site safety, and maintaining communication between the site and project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan daily manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with project engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Inspect and ensure quality workmanship at all stages of fit-out work.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and labor attendance.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company and legal safety standards.
Identify and report design or execution issues to the project manager for resolution.
Oversee installation of partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes.
Verify measurements and ensure accuracy before handover.
Support material delivery inspections and proper storage at site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in interior fit-out, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and methods.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with site safety and quality control procedures.
UAE driving license is an advantage
