JOB Summary

Supervisor oversees and coordinate the daily supply chain activities which includes and is not limited to, improved productivity, quality, planning, internal customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of efficiency within the given resources. This role should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall market share eventually.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage the buyers

\xc2\xb7 Manage warehouse consumables and replenishment

\xc2\xb7 Create commercial documents for sales orders

\xc2\xb7 Applying for Country of origin certificate for shipments.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers with regards to shipment collections and CIPL

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the freight forwarders to collect cargo and follow up to BOE

\xc2\xb7 Issue parts from stock in Visual, AX & D365

\xc2\xb7 Receive new shipments in stock

\xc2\xb7 Raise OS&D report for discrepancies

\xc2\xb7 Create picklist for the warehouse team

\xc2\xb7 Ensure pictures are updated on central folder for all shipments as proof

\xc2\xb7 Inspect high value shipments before dispatch

\xc2\xb7 Creating the goods receipt in NSG & Visual with vendor proof of delivery attached

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with Sales teams with regards to order status via email and central shipment tracker

\xc2\xb7 Update rebuild team on parts status and open orders weekly

\xc2\xb7 Create and Present weekly updates via presentations to management

\xc2\xb7 Sending proof of delivery to accounts for invoicing with backups

\xc2\xb7 Track, prioritize and communicate shipping mode for material on hand in Crane Houston

\xc2\xb7 Tracking inbound shipments from Houston via emails and weekly conference calls

\xc2\xb7 Supervising heavy lifting/ JSA/ conducting safety induction to the 3rd party service provided

\xc2\xb7 Tracking & expedite delayed items report from Houston and local vendors

\xc2\xb7 Conduct and maintain cyclic inventory counts reports

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Supply chain professional

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well with people in all departments and at all levels of management.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 College Education preferred with 7years related work experience in the Oil and Gas

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Excel

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills

\xc2\xb7 Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

\xc2\xb7 With Heavy Forklift driving license (Added benefit )
