Job Description

A. Contractor Warehouse Supervisor

Basic Function and Scope:

. Plans and develops the activities of the Planning (Warehouse) Section.

. Ensures completeness of the provisions for materials storage on short and long term basis. Resolves anomalies on materials storage requests.

. Ensure the Warehouse operations KPI driven and service level is maintained

Tasks and Duties:

. Provide leadership and motivation to his team.

. Ensure strict compliance with COMPANY policies.

. Responsible for all material management functions according to stores procedures.

. Design detailed layout of Warehouses for materials, equipment chemicals, supplies and other items and ensure visibility of stored items.

. Ensure timely recording of receipt & issue of materials and co-ordinate with Finance Department for valuation.

. Ensure preservation of stock material and analyze stock issuance reports for reordering of stock items.

. Ensure that rejected materials are stored in separate area and returned to suppliers for replacement after proper documentation.

. Ensure that the accepted materials quantity is set off from open Purchase Orders and the balance quantity receivable after each delivery is corrected.

. Identify duplicate stock items after physical verifications and adjust for its deletion I

transfer of balance to minimize inventory.

. Ensure coordination with users for items requiring repair from outside vendors.

. Review periodic reports showing the opening balances, receipts, returns, issues, adjustments and closing balances of warehouse.

. Ensure verification of inspection, testing, refilling, and maintenance of firefighting equipment.

. Reviews all COMPANY fire and safety regulations always and monitors subordinates to ensure full compliance with all necessary rules and regulations to minimize the hazardous possibilities from storing, handling and transporting materials, which pose a high risk to the COMPANY if mishandled.

Minimum Requirements

. A bachelors degree in Engineering Discipline or masters in business administration.

. Minimum 8 years in stores management in a petrochemical sector.

. A very good knowledge of English is required with SAP & MS office skills

B. Material Controller/coordinator

Basic Function and Scope

a) To receive local and foreign purchase materials.

b) To issue stock I direct materials when required by originator.

c) To operates fork lifter in the warehouse for material handling & storage.

Tasks and Duties

. Ensure strict compliance with COMPANY policies.

. Coordinate in receiving and unloading of incoming material I packages inside warehouse or in the yard.

. Allocate Bins to stock items in the system.

. Ensure that material in good condition is taken in record and placed at proper location.

. Ensure issuance of material against authorized store issue requisition and post Issue

Slips in the system to update the current balances.

. Coordinate in Physical inventory of the material on periodical basis.

. Dispatch of all store documents and data to concerned departments timely.

. Identify the improvement areas to improve the housekeeping of warehouse.

. Raise work requests for maintenance jobs in warehouse and ensure the completion of jobs.

. Ensure all safety related issues including housekeeping and safety audits with EHS and compliance with safety auditors requirements.

. Coordinate and supervise the safe custody I leftover material for its planning, sorting,

Identification. listing, stacking,Stock Taking. binning etc.

. Generate Daily Transaction Reports, Physical Audit Report.

. Receive all kind of scrap, storing separate locations for further disposal.

. Making lots of above scrap and arranging all kind of documentation for auction.

. To identify various materials lying with us and provide to end user

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

. Technical Diploma Certificate

. Minimum 7 years experience in Warehousing in the petrochemical industry with training in warehousing systems.

. Training in Computer skills and PC skills and SAP experience required

. Good knowledge of English is required.

. Valid Fork Lifter Driving License would be a benefit.
