Inventory Management

1. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records

2. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures

3. Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or excesses

4. Optimize inventory turnover rates to minimize costs and avoid stockouts

5. Manage stock transfers and reconciliations between locations

6. Track and analyze fast-moving items

7. Evaluate stock levels for warehouse management

8. Conduct quality checks on inventory

9. Maintain record of Office Stationery

Cost Control

1. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies

2. Track and report on variances between budgeted and actual costs

3. Maintain accurate cost and selling prices

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

1. Manage the purchasing process, including vendor selection, order placement, and receipt of goods

2. Ensure timely delivery of goods and adherence to quality standards

3. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing

4. Manage consumables deliveries from local suppliers

Reporting & Compliance

1. Prepare regular inventory reports and cost analysis

2. Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving inventory efficiency and cost control

3. Monitor and track dead stock

4. Maintain and update pricing systems

5. Provide feedback on incorrectly listed POS items

6. Ensure retail items have the correct price tags

7. Maintain IPOS requisitions

Coordination & Logistics

1. Track deliveries for kiosks and branches

2. Coordinate with supervisors on new product systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
