Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Warehouse Plant & Operation Manager to oversee our daily operations related to refrigerant refilling, recovery, and reclamation. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse and plant activities, ensure smooth production and delivery processes, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily plant and warehouse operations for refrigerant handling, refilling, recovery, and reclamation. Monitor and maintain inventory of refrigerant gases and related materials. Supervise and lead warehouse and plant staff, ensuring proper training and performance. Ensure all operations follow safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain records of recovered, refilled, and reclaimed refrigerants. Plan maintenance of machinery and safety equipment. Improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. Report plant and warehouse performance to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or plant operations (experience in refrigerant or chemical handling preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of safety and environmental compliance (e.g., hazardous materials handling). Experience with inventory and plant management systems. Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
