Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations department as a Warehouse Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet our customers\' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end warehouse and dispatch center processes, including order management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software solutions to optimize warehouse operations and dispatch management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between different departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including dispatch coordinators, to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
• Develop and conduct training programs for warehouse staff on software applications related to inventory management and order fulfillment
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the Centralized Dispatch Center.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Manage vendor relationships related to warehouse equipment and software providers.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, including staff training and software implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving.
