Provides leadership, communication, and coaching to employees (with 3PL) to cultivate a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership. Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment and maximize the productivity of DC operations. Ensures that all operations and logistics functions are performed in a timely manner, consistent with established operations procedures and requirements within the budget. Coordinates with 3PL service provider to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement processes to reduce costs and improve productivity for all activities. Monitor daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, and order to dispatch. Responsible for the inventory management by conducting monthly system reconciliation, quarterly cycle count, annual inventory count, and annual stock reconciliation with Dubai customs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Publish daily activity planning report (Inbound, P&P, Replenishment, VAS & Outbound dispatches) with 3PL partner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain end-to-end monthly activity and productivity reports and monitor & control operations budget and mitigate constraints with clear action plan. Job Requirements :- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Diploma in Material handling / Logistics Management. At Least 8 -10 years of work experience in Material handling & Distribution Center management. Be able to engage with other functions and departments, with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP / JDE / WMS and MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices Very good communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
