Job Description

1. Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Team Lead supervises daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods. The role manages a team of warehouse staff, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports continuous improvement in warehouse productivity.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Warehouse Operations Management

Lead warehouse staff in daily tasks. Ensure accurate stock handling and prevent damages. Monitor warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.

B. Staff Supervision

Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Train new team members on SOPs and safety practices. Conduct daily briefings and ensure productivity targets are met.

C. Inventory Control

Support cycle counts and stock audits. Investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy in system entries. Coordinate with inventory controllers for stock adjustments.

D. Health, Safety & Compliance

Implement and enforce safety policies and housekeeping standards. Ensure equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.) is used properly. Report safety incidents and take corrective actions.

E. Reporting

Maintain daily activity logs and performance reports. Update supervisors on operational issues and improvement opportunities.

3. Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or higher; vocational/technical certification is a plus. 3-5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader role. Good knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards. Experience using WMS/ERP systems.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Warehouse operations: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:

Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
