Job Description

We are Hiring Warehouse Operations and Inventory Coordinator. The Warehouse Operations and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining seamless flow of materials using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role focuses on optimizing warehouse efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate material movement in compliance with safety and company standards. Manage inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, including cycle counts and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; generate reports for planning and forecasting. Maintain accurate system data and ensure proper SAP/WMS transaction processing. Support continuous improvement, process optimization, and compliance with policies and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow and on-time delivery performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Hands-on experience with

SAP (MM/WM/EWM modules)

and

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

is required.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in SAP and WMS, experience with barcode scanning systems preferred. Advanced Excel and reporting skills for data analysis and inventory tracking.

Soft Skills

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
