Job Summary and Purpose
Ensure that warehousing activities (tactical and transactional) for internal & third-party clients are conducted in an effective and safe manner and in accordance with the Company policies and procedures which is involving logistical requirements such as receipt of materials, stock holding, order assembly, packing & dispatch of goods and onward delivery of materials.
Accountabilities
Key Accountabilities: 1) Coordinate with QSA inspector for conducting inspection on arrival of materials. 2) Ensure all necessary documents are available to conduct QSA inspection 3) Coordinate with Purchasers for the queries raised with respect to OS&D 4) Coordinate with relevant workgroups within N-KOM for GRN related issues. 5) Inform purchaser for return/replacement of the rejected materials. 6) Managing scrap disposal, maintenance of related documents and its accounting. 7) Ensure general maintenance of Warehouse and its equipment. 8) Monitor stock out of any stock material and timely advice for replenishment. 9) Oversee and ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, ground balance of stock materials and tallying with SAP account. 10) Identify the critical items and the stock levels. 11) Overseeing proper preservation of stock materials. 12) Overseeing the monitoring of material shelf life. 13) Ensure HSSE practices as per company policies & procedures. 14) Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills
Qualifications: A degree or 3 year diploma of any type, coupled with materials management qualifications or experience. Experience: Experience related to warehouse management and lifting equipment.
