Assign tasks to various WH staff as per the work load
Oversee entire operation and ensure that rules are followed as required
Manage the deliveries to Kulud branches as per priority list
Ensure that receiving and shipping lines are done as per required level
Communicate with branches and respond to their needs if necessary
Lead the storekeeper employees and solve any conflicts if any
Monitor the deliveries and confirm that everything is align with the allotted schedule
Report any unusual events if any to relative departments (HR, Maintenance, Kulud management, WH manager\xe2\x80\xa6. etc.)
Respond to purchase department in their needs and follow any given instruction
Report immediately to Kulud purchase team any discrepancy while receiving new deliveries from local suppliers
Attend the monthly shortage meeting with Kulud team and listen to comments which should be considered whenever possible
