Ensuring resources and equipment are always available and well maintained. . Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues . Verifying the Drivers\xe2\x80\x99 and site staff attendance and overtime. . Providing accurate record of warehouse inventory, purchasing the materials as per site requirements. . Cross checking of material receiving from overseas/local as per the packing list, in good condition and good quality. Making sure the received goods are as per the quality ordered. . Arranging timely in-out of material to respective places. . Ensure that each site staff has the tools required to meet project milestones. . Tracking and reporting any misuse of vehicles, petrol consumptions, mishandling, mileage, extra usage, rash driving, over and under used and any other related issues . . Making sure that the vehicles are always maintained and available during contingency. . Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. . Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. . Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues . Overall responsible for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties and responsibilities. . Ensure shipping procedures are timely. . Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor Lead in any of the Factory related works/Issues Other Responsibilities: . Handling site staff related issues and grievances in an effective manner. . Handling accommodation issues efficiently and effectively. . Fulfill the role of temporary works coordinator as and when required QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master\'s Degree
• Minimum experience 2-3 years in same field in UAE
• Should have experience with Paint/Chemical/Adhesive/Glue industry
• Can join Immediately
• Willing to work in Umm al Quwain
