Handling all Warehouse Activity End to End.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and handling of tobacco products and materials.
Implement and maintain efficient storage systems to optimize space utilization and streamline inventory management.
Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to uphold high operational standards and safety compliance.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to meet operational demands.
Ensure tobacco storage adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Manage warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance to minimize disruptions.
Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the tobacco industry.
Proficiency in modern storage systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
Strong leadership and organizational skills for effective team management.
In-depth knowledge of tobacco storage requirements and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
