Marketing Specialist

to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that align with industry regulations and company goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies and campaigns for tobacco products across various social media platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with brand objectives. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities within the tobacco industry. Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Create marketing materials such as digital ads, social media content, and product packaging that comply with regulatory standards. Work closely with external agencies and vendors for creative, media, and promotional initiatives. Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and guidelines. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and search engine advertising. Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market segmentation, and consumer behavior. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media strategies. In-depth knowledge of tobacco industry regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with regulatory bodies and legal frameworks in the tobacco sector. Experience with branding and positioning in highly regulated industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Social Media

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
