Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced
Warehouse Manager (Store Manager)
to oversee and manage all warehouse operations for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contracting, building materials, or similar industries, with a proven background in managing warehouse teams and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.Key Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
as a Warehouse Manager / Store Manager. Experience incontracting, building materials, or similar sectors
is mandatory. Minimum qualification:Bachelor's degree
(required).Supply Chain experience
is highly preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes efficiently. Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Lead and supervise warehouse staff.
