About the role

The Warehouse Manager will manage and control the Warehousing and Delivery operations for the Site. This involves the efficient and safe warehousing and transportation of packaging, raw materials and finished goods, including Kerry-managed / 3PL operations and will require you to liaise with internal Kerry teams such as Customer Service, Quality Control, Procurement and Manufacturing etc.

Key responsibilities

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system Maintains warehouse as per SAP requirement and purchase staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Implement purchase plans for raw, packing & other related materials for short & long term supply using the supply - demand process & observing supply constraints, to meet customer service level objectives & maintain customer satisfaction Manage the documentation for imports/exports, liaising with government agencies/interdepartmental & in order to deliver the goods on time against receipt of a full set of clean documents Committed by weekly, monthly and other needed reports ex: MIS, RMPM, etc. Lead, develop, inspire and motivate direct reports and drive an upward improvements in the team's skills and performance. Build effective team and cross functional team working relationships Adopt a modern inclusive engaging leadership style, and create a supportive working environment where employees feel involved and believe they can offer input and improvements. Conduct annual performance reviews in line with Company policy and other regular performance review meetings with members of their teams regarding performance expectations, standards, attendance etc., ensuring their wider teams capabilities and performance are constantly improving. Ensure the team are regularly briefed, feedback is sought and employee contributions are maximised. Responsible for improving the team's performance and capabilities, and delivering the team's training and development plans. Recruit and develop talent and team members ensuring employee contributions are maximised and develop a talent pool for succession planning. Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas Issuing and receiving stores to and from Direct Labour and Contractors as instructed by Store keeper Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition Supervise transfer items samples to QC department. Ensure accurate materials issuing to production line and prompt update to system day to day. Ensure updated status of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) on system, as received day to day. Follow company quality policy in storing condition for material and issuing SOP for same. Day to day report to Warehouse Store Keeper with warehouse status (AC efficiency, available storage areas, equipment service & repair, other departments requests & safety issues) Prompt respond to urgent cases from other departments (production, quality, safety & maintenance) with detailed communication to Department Head. Use hand and power tools

Ensure the team are communicated to regarding the Company's Health and Safety standards and how we expect our employees to behave and carry out their jobs in a safe manner at all times. Support all safety initiatives and lead the team in achieving and exceeding Health & Safety targets.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum of 10 years' experience of warehousing within an SAP / ERP environment SAP experience would be a high advantage Methods, techniques and practices of maintaining inventory, and warehouse management. Bachelor's degree in related field (Ex. Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain)
