Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. Ensure adequate stock management tools and processes are in place to enable efficient working across all platforms and implement a warehouse management system. Ensure that all necessary processes and operations setups are in place to ensure no stock is lost, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Be an Operations and Logistics Mgmt. leader for the Business Team to help lead the strategic development of the Operations and Logistics Management activities. Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations, People Development through regular feedback, coaching & mentoring, identifying and facilitating training needs. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Warehouse Manager Requirements: Proven experience in an E-Commerce Operations and Logistics Mgmt. role with exposure to operational elements. Proficient knowledge of Warehouse Management software systems, procedures, and policy. Familiar with the start-up environment and have restructuring experience. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines. Proficient in MS office. Great communication skills, written and verbal by using positive language. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
