Our warehouse plays a crucial role in our operations, and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all logistics and stock control activities. : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in logistics and stock control activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties: \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning, directing, and coordinating all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and supervising the warehouse team to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to ensure that stock levels are optimized and wastage is minimized. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with other departments within the company, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure that all warehouse activities support the overall goals of the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and reporting on warehouse performance, including stock levels, order fulfillment rates, and delivery times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that all warehouse operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing relationships with logistics providers, including negotiating contracts and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and presenting regular reports on warehouse operations and performance to senior management.

Requirements
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications and experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in logistics and stock control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing and supervising a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with logistics providers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and reporting skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
