Job Summary:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service in the JAFZA/Jebel Ali area. Your comprehensive experience in managing warehouses and your strong background in customer service and logistics will be critical in leading our team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management: Take charge of day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, order processing, and inventory control. Your expertise in warehouse best practices will ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Customer Service and Satisfaction: With your customer-centric approach, you will ensure that our clients\' needs are met with the highest level of service. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to coordinate seamless inbound and outbound logistics operations. Monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and a culture of continuous improvement. Regular training and performance evaluations will contribute to staff development.

Health, Safety, and Compliance: Prioritize safety in the warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing strict health and safety regulations. Your commitment to safety will contribute to a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (not Supervisor Level) within the JAFZA/Jebel Ali area, with a strong understanding of free trade zone operations.
• Experience of commercial contracts & facility management will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
