Job Summary: Looking for a Warehouse Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery performance
• Optimize order processing workflows for efficiency
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff
• Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback as necessary
• Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce discrepancies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product deliveries
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to reduce costs
• Resolve vendor-related issues promptly
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Develop and implement action plans based on analysis findings
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
• The applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
