Warehouse Supervisor job description: Job duties and responsibilities

3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Experience in fashion retail would be an added advantage.
Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in receiving inbound/outbound.
Detailed understanding of warehouse operations & everyday functioning.
Analyze shipment logs.
Must have experience in managing a team of 20-25 team members.
Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
Track inventory levels
Order new supplies in a timely manner.
Constantly work to improve processes.
Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
Optimize employee workflow.
Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs
Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and delivery vehicles maintenance.
Commercial Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
Ability to work in flexible shifts.
Ability to manage inventory.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.
Experience working on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision/ D365/ AX)
