We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Controller to manage and oversee our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the inventory control processes within the warehouse
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded the inventory management system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
- Oversee the Pallet labeling, storage, and handling of all products in the warehouse
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and provide reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in inventory control or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
