Inventory Controller

Job Description
The Inventory Controller is responsible for following through with the planning and implementing activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of services and indirect goods for the company. This role will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent in English speaking and Writing, Chinese highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research or closely related major required, Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge in warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory flow
- Strong organization and communication skills,
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to effective use Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- A minimum of 2 year in logistics and inventory control
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain highly desired
? Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to review daily shipping and packaging schedules.
? Use daily schedules, along with on-hand inventory reports, to ensure floor space is utilized
for peak efficiencies.
? Assimilate the operation flow as well as all project requirements and possess the clear
knowledge of the stock handling to oversee the process.
? Develop the routine sales plan and cooperate with the sales department to maximize to selling
value.
? Conduct routine physical/cycle inventory with the account department.
? Must be able to follow work instructions and safety policies. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
