Job Summary: Looking for a Warehouse Foreman in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The jobholder will be required to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility, coordinate and manage all activities related to the receiving, storage and distribution of goods

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should have a high school certificate or passed 12th standard
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar position
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and shipping processes
Should be able to speak Hindi/Urdu and English
Ability to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, packing as well as shipping
Must be able to manage schedules and assign tasks to warehouse staff
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Male candidates are required
