Key Responsibilities * Plan and organize the day-to-day functions of warehouse, and organize inbound and outbound work.
- Maintain efficiency of warehouse operations that supports the sales and customer service objectives of the business.
- To plan and accomplish inbound offloading of containers as per daily targets
- Monitor and maintain efficiency of inbound receipts by verifying the condition of goods, appropriate and correct binning and reporting the variance
- To accomplish daily outbound targets by ensuring timely picking and loading of correct goods as per delivery orders
- Responsible for safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, and ensure that workplace\'s health, safety and hygiene requirements are met.
- Responsible for maintaining physical condition of warehouse and assets by proper maintenance, inspecting equipment, processing requests for repairs, replacement and budgeting. Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Ensure that the shipments are arranged in time to meet the Sales Orders.
- Controlling stock transfers between PDC & All the branch\'s
- Supervise the cleanliness and manage waste disposal on a regular basis
- Ensure SOP for Warehouse operations, Deliveries & Customer shipment instructions are followed.
