Job Description
Role Purpose To ensures all data is recorded in the appropriate databases and updates stock movement data on WMS in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities:
- Enters all data entries related to returns, credit note, missing invoices, actual delivery date on JDE and WMS in order to reflect accurate database.
- Checks the received quantities and item codes against JDE references and passes all related transactions.
- Updates the daily stock transactions on the ERP system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.
- Prepares and close the ASN type promo.
- Records all in / out movements for TPL in order to maintain accurate database.
- Assists in printing invoices during the night shift.
- Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis.
- Bachelor or Technical Degree
- 0 -1 years of experience in logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- WMS is a plus
