Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our fashion retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and organizing fashion merchandise -- including clothing, accessories, and footwear -- ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You'll play a key part in supporting smooth store operations and online order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming fashion merchandise. Accurately pick, pack, and label items for retail stores and online orders. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are stored neatly and safely. Handle delicate fashion products carefully to prevent damage. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits. Prepare shipments and coordinate with delivery teams. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area. Assist with returns, restocking, and product tagging as needed. Follow all company safety and quality control policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse or retail environment (fashion industry experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs]. Basic computer and inventory management skills. Good teamwork and communication abilities. Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours during busy seasons.
