Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Warehouse Receiver

to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are properly accounted for and stored in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials. Verify the accuracy of items received with packing lists and purchase orders. Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the warehouse supervisor. Unload deliveries using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manually as required. Label and store items in appropriate warehouse locations. Maintain accurate records of all received goods using warehouse management systems (WMS). Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the receiving area. Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow. Follow all safety and operational procedures as per company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a warehouse receiver, warehouse associate, or similar role. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is preferred. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
