As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting the logistics team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all parts, materials, and supplies are properly stocked, organized, and dispatched in a timely manner, supporting the smooth operation of our automotive production and service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching automotive parts, tools, and supplies. Manage inventory levels and coordinate regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials. Supervise and direct warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Process orders and prepare shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. Assist in the management of return processes for damaged or incorrect parts. Track and report on inventory movements, including stock usage, deliveries, and receipts. Perform quality checks to ensure all parts meet required standards before being dispatched. Coordinate with external suppliers and logistics companies for transportation and delivery needs. Assist with the implementation and improvement of warehouse procedures and processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with warehouse management software and inventory systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle operational challenges.
