We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Supervisor with a strong background in logistics coordination and customer care within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the full customer relationship cycle, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and an exceptional customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale stages.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management


Lead CRM operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Implement customer engagement strategies to strengthen loyalty and brand experience.

Manage CRM data accuracy, reporting, and customer segmentation.

Logistics & Coordination


Coordinate with logistics teams for vehicle allocation, transportation, delivery timelines, and registration processes.

Track shipment status and update customers proactively regarding order progress.

Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.

Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain departments to streamline internal processes.

Operational & Team Leadership


Supervise CRM executives and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Develop and maintain CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.

Generate performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance customer service operations.

Train staff on CRM tools, customer service standards, and communication protocols.



Requirements


Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, IT, or any related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same field.
Proven experience in CRM supervision or customer service leadership, preferably in the automotive or logistics sector.

Strong understanding of vehicle delivery cycles, logistics workflows, and aftersales processes.

Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Strong organisational and time-management capability.

Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement approach.

Willing to work in Dubai.
