Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory In-Charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Inventory In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient inventory control. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to streamline processes to optimize storage, dispatch, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accurate data entry in ERP/software.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling and storage.

Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to maintain stock availability.

Prepare inventory reports, stock variance analyses, and monthly reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements in the warehouse.

Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Manage cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (3-5 years) in warehouse and inventory management.

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP, or warehouse management software.

Leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
