Key Responsibilities
Prepare and repair wall surfaces by cleaning, patching, and smoothing cracks and holes.
Perform
gypsum works
including fixing boards, partitions, ceilings, and applying finishing coats.
Apply paint, emulsion, and decorative finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Mix and prepare plaster or gypsum materials for surface finishing.
Ensure smooth, clean, and professional paint and finish quality.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Follow all
safety procedures
and company standards on-site.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a wall painter with gypsum work.
Strong knowledge of
surface preparation, plastering, and finishing techniques
.
Skilled in achieving high-quality, smooth, and decorative finishes.
Physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Able to work on both
residential and commercial
projects.
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
