Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical works at project sites. The role involves supervising electricians and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and delivering quality electrical installations on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of electricians and electrical technicians. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide the team in installations and repairs. Ensure electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage and maintain efficiency. Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation and quality workmanship. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues at the site. Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, manpower, and material usage. Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to electricians and helpers. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trade foremen to ensure smooth workflow. Enforce company safety policies and ensure a safe working environment for the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in electrical works. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and safety codes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower and meet project deadlines.

Work Environment:

Site-based role, requires flexibility to work long hours or weekends as per project needs. Exposure to construction site conditions and safety protocols.
