Responsibilities
Actively engage in field and telesales, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to promote Etisalat products and services.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales performance and pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to successfully close deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business progress.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (telecom experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic (multilingual candidates preferred).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Cool-tempered and resilient, able to handle rejection professionally.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Ability to quickly learn and explain products/services to clients.
Compensation
Salary: AED 2,500 - 6,000 + Attractive Commission
