who can manage online customer communication, support social media activity, and convert digital inquiries into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Support
Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions daily
Assist in planning and creating weekly photo and video content
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and photographers
Write captions, hashtags, and short ad texts in
Arabic and English
Customer Service & Sales
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and email
Convert leads, chats, and inquiries into confirmed sales
Assist customers with orders through the website, mobile app, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details
Handle customer issues professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
Marketing & Reporting Support
Collect and record customer feedback, reviews, and ratings
Track engagement and prepare basic weekly performance reports
Maintain and update customer databases (emails, phone numbers, interests)
Support Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, conversions) and report results
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English (Mandatory)
1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, customer service, or sales
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus
Good computer and smartphone skills
Creative, organized, and proactive attitude
Comfortable working in-store for filming and customer engagement
