Job Summary:

Fintrek Marketing is hiring

Credit Card Sales Executives

for its growing financial services team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for both

freshers and experienced candidates

who are passionate about direct sales and looking to build a rewarding career in the

UAE banking and financial sector

. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a desire to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

credit card products

to new and existing customers. Generate leads through

cold calling

,

field visits

, and

customer referrals

. Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Consistently meet or exceed

monthly sales targets and KPIs

. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads effectively. Ensure all applications are submitted in compliance with

UAE bank policies

and internal guidelines.
Job Requirements:

Freshers and candidates with

sales experience

(especially in

credit cards

,

loans

, or

banking products

) are encouraged to apply. Strong

communication

,

interpersonal

, and

negotiation skills

. Self-motivated and target-driven personality. Should be presentable and dressed in

formal business attire

for the interview. Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
