One of our elite clients in Dubai is looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward. Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest are welcomed and bid farewell with company's warmth and friendly personality.
  • Assist guest either face to face or on the phone efficiently, professionally and politely.
  • Escort guests to the allocated table/area and ensure guest are seated comfortably.
  • Distribute waiters notes and communicating return times on tables in a correct and timely.
  • Perform relay duties in the restaurant when necessary
  • Manage the guest profile with accurate and up to date information with the aim of enhancing the guest dining experience for any future visits.
  • Take bookings and ensure all bookings are taken correctly, with all booking policies and reservation flow being respected.
  • Create a pleasant and welcoming environment, while building a positive customer's experience
  • Must be familiar with sanitation, and safety policies to avoid committing any violations
  • Communicates with other staff on meal progression and notifies the patrons, to ensures efficiency
Good-To-Haves:
  • Diploma /Degree/Vocational training in hospitality /Food & Beverage
