We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented

Waitress

to join our team at Al Fanar. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages. Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system. Serve orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables. Handle payments and reconcile bills accurately. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and corporate standards. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Participate in opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine dining or corporate restaurant environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,150.00 - AED2,550.00 per month
