Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
Serve coffee, drinks, and meals to tables in a timely and professional way
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about products
Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
Process payments accurately (cash, card, or other payment methods)
Assist with restocking and maintaining supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments, etc.)
Follow all health and safety regulations
