Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, specials)
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Clear tables and reset for the next guests
Process bills and handle payment transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Follow all health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen and other restaurant staff
Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, drinks)
Asian nationality is a must
