Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and an appreciation for Japanese cuisine and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages, including explanations of Japanese dishes. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods. Refill drinks, clear tables, and ensure dining areas are clean and presentable at all times. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress (restaurant experience preferred). Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
