Job Purpose :

To Ensure all guests are Welcomed Warmly, Escorted to their seats, Seat Allocations , ensuring thaty every guests has an unforgettable and memorable wow experience.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Greeting, warm welcome & Seating the guests. Have a pleasant smile & a positive attitude. Assist the daily operation in desert camp daily basis as allocated by the Management. Allocate table together with the reservation team Such As (VIP section, Kosher Groups) Gather information about special requirements and full fill then accordingly. Offer Menu, Inform daily special Such as, Cocktail of the day & Promotions. Assist the preparation & Set up when events. Must be familiar with the venue, product knowledge of the venue & the company. Ensures all orders are properly billed through the Point of Sale System (POS). Carefully follows all laws, policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverage service and informs manager if continued service to a member or guest is in question. Able to handle guest complaints in respectful manner. Wear appropriate uniforms provided by the Company. Offer customer feedback form, collect feedback & log them in the system. Bidding farewell warmly & invites guests to return Collects guest feedback on the guest feedback form

Requirements and skills:

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree Resume and proven working experience Pleasant appearance. Good to basic Product Knowledge and Ability to sell Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Relevant training certificate
