Main Responsibilities
Greet customers and show them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve meals and drinks correctly and on time.
Check that guests are satisfied and handle any complaints politely.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Handle payments (cash or card) if required.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
