Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to hotel standards
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, bar, and service areas
Handle cash and card payments responsibly (if required)
Restock supplies and assist with inventory checks
Follow hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions
Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff
Qualification:
Previous experience as a barista or waitress is an advantage (training may be provided)
Basic coffee-making skills or willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation
