About the Role:
As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, playing a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our menu, and working seamlessly with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Process payments and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
