Handle billing, cash, and electronic payments efficiently and responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and counter areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas.
Manage receipts, records, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Address customer queries and ensure overall satisfaction.
Follow all company health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a waiter or cashier in catering, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
