Job Description
Location: Noah\'s Ark Music Restuarant & Cafe (International City, Dubai) Role Description: We are currently looking for Waitress to join our F&B team who has the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service to our guests. Ultimately, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Provides a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the set Standards of Performance.
- Performs all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
- Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the Restaurant as assigned.
- Performs all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department.
- Fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Restaurant.
- Performs opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
- Possesses a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- Ensures that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Monitors operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
- At least 1 years work experience in the same role
- High school degree
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Flexible and friendly personality
- Salary upto AED 1500 - AED 1800 for the right candidate
- Shared Accommodation is provided by company
- Staff meals provided by the company
- Health and medical insurance as per regulations
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
